If you’re shooting video, 4K is a terrific option since it allows you to trim after the fact, and extra focus points are useful for monitoring a subject over the whole frame. While I like using the power zoom and appreciated how small the camera became as a result, there are far better Sony a6000 lenses available, and I’d prefer to use the money I saved to get one of them instead. This being a still photography review, I don’t feel equipped to say anything Sony Alpha a6000 and Fujifilm X100F about the video performance of the Sony a6000 in this context. The a6000’s outstanding continuous autofocus performance, along with its class-leading 11 frames per second burst speed, makes shooting with it a very invigorating and overall extremely delightful experience.
